“I relocated just over a year ago, and had a lot of requirements for a new instructor. I wanted someone who was more interested in body mechanics, but could still relate on a personal level; push me when I needed it, and recognize injury and damage to help me recover. I started out with injuries to both knees, flat-footed, persistent neck irritation and hyper-flexibility. In a couple of months I acquired ‘baby-arches’. Since then I have built enough core strength to perform Tower and a full Teaser. But what’s really important to me, is that my recovery times are shorter, I feel stronger and more centered.
